Draft:under legal review. This document will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed version before public launch. By using Vouch during private beta, you accept the terms herein as a good-faith placeholder.
Honest terms.
Plain-language rules for using Vouch, what we expect from you, what you can expect from us.
Last updated: May 2026 · Effective immediately for private-beta users.
01
Acceptance
By creating a Vouch account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
If you're using Vouch on behalf of a brand or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
02
Account rules
One account per person, or one account per brand. Don't create duplicate accounts. Don't impersonate someone you aren't. Provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately via hello@vouchcollective.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
03
Review integrity
Reviews are the bet-the-company feature of Vouch. We expect:
- Only review collaborations you actually completed inside Vouch.
- No retaliation. Don't use a review to settle a personal grudge unrelated to the campaign work.
- No fake reviews, no review farms, no friend networks. Both sides must have collaborated through the platform to be eligible.
- No payment-for-review schemes. Buying a positive review (or paying to have a negative one removed) is a violation that results in immediate account suspension.
- Free-text fields are visible. If you reveal your identity there, that's on you, it's not a privacy bug.
04
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, or stalk other users, through reviews, messages, or any other surface.
- Spam other users with unsolicited campaign requests.
- Upload malicious content (malware, phishing links, illegal material).
- Attempt to circumvent security controls, scrape user data, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Use Vouch for any purpose unlawful in your jurisdiction.
05
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you create, your profile, your reviews, any creative deliverables shared during a campaign. We keep ownership of Vouch (the platform, code, design, aggregate data, brand).
By posting reviews and profile content on Vouch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content as part of operating the platform, including in aggregate scores, search results, and on /explore. The license ends when you delete the content (subject to the anonymity- preserving retention rules in our Privacy Policy).
06
Suspension and termination
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We try to give notice and an opportunity to remedy minor issues; for severe violations (fraud, harassment, payment-for-review schemes) we suspend immediately.
You can stop using Vouch and delete your account anytime. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data on deletion.
07
Disclaimer of warranties
Vouch is provided "as is." We work hard on platform integrity, k-anonymity is enforced at the database layer, reviews are verified through completed campaigns, and moderation tooling backs both, but we can't guarantee every reviewer's behavior or the specific outcome of any collaboration.
Reviews on Vouch are opinions of the reviewers, not statements of fact endorsed by us. We don't warrant that any particular review will appear, persist, or accurately reflect a collaboration.
08
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouch and its affiliates won't be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if you're on the free tier, this is $0).
09
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, placeholder, to be confirmed by counsel before public launch. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
10
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and surfaced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Vouch after the effective date means you accept the changes; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
